All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS. and is determined by
IloveROADHEAD.com. Tracking numbers are e-mailed to the customer as soon as they
are available. Make sure that you have entered a current and valid e-mail
address. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges
that will not be quoted to you at time of checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
All orders will be processed within 48 hours and in most cases will be
shipped within 7 - 10 business days via USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise
stated. Over seas orders will be shipped via First Class Mail or UPS
International.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Claims for defects must be made within two(2) days of the receipt of the
merchandise.
Claims for returns must be made within three(3) days of the receipt of the
merchandise.
Once authorized through customer service, return must be received within 7
days.
All Returns Require a Return Authorization Number or they will be refused.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all undeliverable and returned items.
No refunds will be issued on used or damaged items.
All returns must be received in their original packaging. Items received
without their original packaging will not receive a refund and may be subject to
return (to customer) shipping fees.
All order cancellations must be emailed to customer service direct before the
order is shipped. Special orders can not be canceled or refunded once an order
conformation has been given.
All items must pass quality control and are thoroughly checked before
shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to
the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier
immediately with any loss or damage claims. It is the customers responsibility
to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. All items are
insured at retail value. IloveROADHEAD.com must be notified within 48 hours of a
damage or loss claim being filed.
All warranties are made by the products manufacturer and not
IloveROADHEAD.com. IloveROADHEAD.com can not be held responsible for any
injuries or damages a result of a defective item. All claims against the
warranties must be made to the manufacturer. Contact information and claim
information is shipped with each item and can also be obtained by contacting
IloveROADHEAD.com's customer service department.
